Peoria, AZ July 9, 2006 — Author Dr. Robert Farrell, will be at Barnes & Noble – Roseville (1256 Galleria Boulevard; Roseville, CA 95678) on Saturday, September 9, 2006 at 2pm for a “Meet the Author” event. During the event, he will be available to discuss his novel Alien Log, answer questions, sign copies of his novel, and chat with fans.
Dr. Robert Farrell (retired Associate Professor Emeritus from Penn State University) combined his life-long interest in physics with ten years researching scientific fact and Sumerian belief to answer the question: are we alone? From the material gained, he created not only his Sci-Fi thriller – Alien Log, but also lectures on the topic.
The story revolves around an artifact found at a UFO crash site. This artifact is believed to be the ship’s log and hold key information about the aliens. Alien Log will thrill and inform not only those curious about the Universe, but also those curious about the world around us. After reading this book, it will be hard to look at our world the same way.
“Colonel Mitchell’s face became pale as he stared into the briefcase the President had just opened. ‘Colonel, that device you’re looking at is a key, not only to our national security, but, perhaps to the survival of the human race as we know it. You have carte blanche to assemble the best team you can to discover the secrets the aliens have hidden in there. I don’t know how long we have, so time is of the essence. To avoid worldwide panic, secrecy is of utmost importance. Do you understand?’”
Alien Log will captivate readers while they try to answer the question: Alien Log; is it Science Fact or Fiction?
