Lee Haney’s Lifestyle Fitness Challenge
Atlanta, GA July 7, 2006 — The Praise House is launching a unique, life-changing health and fitness broadcast worldwide called Lee Haney’s Fitness Lifestyle Challenge. The program, which is hosted by Lee Haney, the only eight-time consecutive World BodyBuilding Champion to win the covenant Mr. Olympia crown, will debut on Wednesday, July 12 at noon EST.
The Fitness Lifestyle Challenge incorporates solid, practical advice on maintaining your most important asset, your health, while walking listeners through a step-by-step program designed to help them meet their fitness goals. To be successful in this challenge, however, participants will have to make a serious commitment to change their lifestyles. The first step in this process is signing a commitment letter before entering the program.
The challenge includes undergoing a seven-day systematic cleansing detox through Lee Haney’s Nutritional Support System; education and assistance with changing your eating and exercise habits; the development of an exercise program that fits you specifically, and on-going support throughout the challenge. Those participating who live in Atlanta will have an opportunity to be a part of Lee Haney’s Lifestyle Challenge Group, which includes instructional small group exercise, nutritional guidance, and support group meetings.
Wednesday’s broadcast on The Praise House will also give listeners an opportunity to learn more about the program and program participants an opportunity to receive solid advice, support and guidance.
Lee Haney’s career has spanned more than 22 years. In addition to achieving success in bodybuilding, he has worked as a personal trainer for many recreational and professional athletes including heavy weight boxer Evander Holyfield, and Florida Marlins’ Gary Sheffield. Lee’s popularity and respected position within his field have provided him with a lengthy list of awards and recognition including proclamations from three cities and distinguished acknowledgments from The President’s Council on Physical Fitness, The United States Sports Academy and The International Federation of Body Building. Then in 1994, he and his wife purchased a forty-acre farm near their home and created the Haney Harvest House, a non-profit retreat facility for children of all races, creeds, and nationalities.
