Night of Comedy at The Improv to Benefit the Faith In Practice Foundation
The Improv Comedy Club in Houston will host a night of comedy with proceeds going to Faith In Practice Foundation, a charity dedicated to help the poor and under privileged in Guatemala.
— On Tuesday, February 7, 2006, TV Show Host and comic Chris Baker will host the Benefit “Night of Comedy” at the Improve Comedy Club in Houston. Baker, along with other local comedians will use their talents not only for entertainment, but also to aid in the improvement of economic and spiritual conditions in Guatemala through the Faith In Practice Foundation, a Houston based charity, founded in 1994. “Faith In Practice’s life-changing medical mission is to minister to the poor, while providing a spiritually enriching experience for our volunteers”, says the mission statement written on the foundations website, http://www.faithinpractice.org.
The show will begin at 7:00 p.m. doors will be open at 6 p.m. The Improv Comedy Club is located at the Marq-E Center on Silber and Tenth Street in Houston.
