Feng Shui e-book Helps Guide Readers in Self-Evaluation of Home and Environment
Evaluate The Feng Shui of your property in 3-steps.
Balance Feng Shui™, LLC releases Guidebook for a Traditional Feng Shui Evaluation of home for “do-it-yourself”
O’Fallon, Mo. August 1, 2006 -– Balance Feng Shui, LLC, introduces a downloadable Feng Shui guidebook to assist homeowners in evaluating the Feng Shui of their property. The book is designed to take a complex subject of Traditional Feng Shui and transform it into a usable workbook any homeowner can follow to evaluate their own home from a Feng Shui perspective.
“My goal with this guidebook is to satisfy the ‘do-it-yourself’ audience and from a point of view consistent with traditional Feng Shui practices,” says Carol Baker, author of The Feng Shui Guidebook, and owner of Balance Feng Shui, LLC. “Instead of trying to teach the complex calculations, the book is divided into a 3-Step process using reference charts and checklists so when the reader has completed all steps, they have a plan to improve the Feng Shui of their own home.”
How is it different from other Feng Shui books on the market? Most books available on Feng Shui are not traditional Feng Shui practices but instead blend cultural beliefs, religion, interior design, mythology and new age practices. Often they are designed to satisfy audiences who want “fast and easy” approaches. Baker says, “In my opinion, much of what is said and published about Feng Shui is disappointing because there is a lot of false practices being portrayed as Feng Shui, when in fact they are not part of the traditional teachings.“
Baker also says there are a couple of good books that teach the traditional methods of calculations, but without formal training they are confusing to the untrained eye. She says as a result of this, readers quickly turn towards something easier to follow, and unfortunately, they are not going to be knowledgeable enough able to understand what is real Feng Shui and what is not Feng Shui.
Baker says her guidebook is not a replacement to a traditional consultation, but more of a pre-cursor to the most complex level of Feng Shui. “When you get into the most complex level of Feng Shui, it is not something that can be taught in a book since the analysis and recommendations rely on experience and formal training.” However, she says it does provide someone with enough knowledge to assess the environment and take advantage of the suggestions for improvement. The Feng Shui Guidebook (e-book version only) is available for purchase at www.balancefs.net/products.htm.
Feng Shui literally translated means wind and water. Feng Shui is a Chinese science dating back to 2,800 B.C. and is used to harmonize people with their environment. This is done through a series of calculations that considers the influences of space and time on buildings, people and the environment. Balance Feng Shui, LLC provides analysis of residential and commercial buildings. For more information about Feng Shui and Balance Feng Shui, LLC, please visit www.balancefs.net. Art Knowledge News June 6, 2006 — Digital Arts Studio, of Atlanta, Georgia has been named exclusive publisher of the renowned Argentinean painter Ricardo Celma, the young master of Hyperrealism. Noted critics have proclaimed that Ricardo Celma is the modern Velazquez of the 21st century. Celma’s unique art often combines a background of museum art, with varied classical themes, with his own modern images in the foreground.
Digital Arts assembled 15 original paintings from international collectors of Celma’s work, and from The Art Appreciation Foundation who provided 8 original Clema’s from its world renowned collection of masters and mid-emerging superior artists.
Digital Arts Studio announced the release of these 15 Ricardo Celma’s, each in a Limited Edition of 95 hand embellished full size giclees ,on premium canvas, with a Certificate of Authenticity signed personally by Ricardo Celma. Whereas Celma originals have been resold in galleries and Art Fairs for prices approaching $100,000, these limited edition, full size giclees, will be available to the public for under $1,000.
Ricardo Celma, in his early 30’s has been painting for 20 years. In Buenos Aires, at the age or 5, his genius was recognized and reported in numerous magazines and newspaper articles…proclaiming “a born again Velazquez.” Already he has inspired several dozen artists who have attended his workshops for emerging fine artists.
In the opinion of Lloyd S. Rubin, collector and gallery owner, “the paintings of Ricardo Celma’s hyper realistic angelic figures will grace the walls of museums worldwide in the near future…along side of the old masters.” Rubin stated, “Celma continues to create timeless masterpieces.”
Celma stated, “Because of my attention to every minute detail in each painting, and my research of masterworks for backgrounds, each painting takes me about 30 days to reach a perfection that satisfies me. Basically I create for my own appreciation of the finished art.” Celma went on to say, “I trust the professionalism of Digital Arts Studio, they are perfectionists, as am I.”
This first time limited edition reproduction of 15 of Ricardo Celma’s masterworks will be featured in the May, June, and July issues of Art World News: http://www.artworldnews.com/. ” These announcements of the edition(s) release date of 15 June gives art galleries and the public an opportunity to own a Limited Edition Celma ” said Barry Gustoff, of Digital Arts Studio in Atlanta.

New CD Series Answers the Top 10 Questions Most Asked by Business Coaches
Two expert executive coaches create a “tell all” CD and workbook geared for helping other business coaches successfully run their practice.
Kingwood, TX — Talk about the Siskel & Ebert of the coaching world, Porche & Niederer couldn’t be more different and have more varying ideas about business coaching. But, it works. And, it shows that different approaches often get big results. Who are Porche & Niederer? Germaine Porche & Jed Niederer are the Coaching Experts, Co-authors of the best seller, “Coach Anyone About Anything” and the Co-founders of Eagles View Consulting www.eaglesview.com, a coaching firm that provides Coaching Certification for Business and Executive Coaches.

The “Ask The Coach” CD & workbook series (www.askthecoaches.net) answers the most asked questions in the coaching field. And, Germaine and Jed are just as candid as they come. There’s no light and fluff to their ideas and suggestions, though. Just hard hitting facts that work. But, for a successful coaching practice, both do agree it takes a true understanding about what coaching is and is not. Plus a lot of hard work. Jed says, “When someone enters the field of coaching with the belief they will just ‘hang their shingle’ and business will pour their direction, they need to adjust their way of thinking. This is a business like anything else and should be taken very seriously.” Germaine adds, “We like working with those that have a passion for this business and that want to continue learning and growing.”

And, that’s why this series is so successful. The top 10 questions covered on the CD actually came from a survey that Germaine and Jed had sent out to real coaches. Some of the questions included are, “How do you find clients?” “How to do get results with your clients when they don’t improve on their own?” and “What’s the best way to motivate a client?” Future “Ask the Coaches” series will include, “How to Grow Your Business: The 5 Keys,” “Transform Time: From a Constraint to An Opening,” “The DreamMakers & DreamBrakers,” “He Said, She Said: Transform Nagging to Coaching,” “Increase Your Influence Without Authority.”

Hey Tiger Roars Into New York and New Jersey
Hoboken band follows opening for Bon Jovi with several local shows.
Hoboken, NJ August 2, 2006 — “Who Says You Can’t Go Home?” Not Bon Jovi, and not Hey Tiger, the local band that recently opened for the rock superstars at Giants Stadium. The Hoboken based band, featuring Christina Alessi on vocals and guitar, Josh Bicknell on drums, Wayne Dorell on guitar and keyboards, Jim Lovegrove on bass and Damien Musto on guitar, is excited to announce a string of New York and New Jersey shows in the months ahead.
Hey Tiger’s first area gig is Saturday, August 5th at Mercury Lounge, 217 East Houston Street in New York City at 10:00 PM. “We’re excited about returning to the Mercury Lounge. It’s one of the best sounding rooms in New York City,” says guitarist Musto. Knowing that Lou Reed, Joan Jett, Jeff Buckley, Radiohead and others have played on that stage makes you rise to the occasion!”
Lead singer Alessi, praised for her solid vocals and commanding stage presence, will perform solo acoustic on Thursday, August 17th at the Goldhawk, 936 Park Avenue in Hoboken, NJ at 8:00 PM and Thursday, August 24th at Café Arabica, 78 Speedwell Avenue in Morristown, NJ at 8:00 PM. “Playing solo is a different vibe than playing with the full band,” she explains. “You can only rely on yourself to connect with the audience. You have to keep the performance both intimate and intense.”
Then, on Friday, September 22nd, Hey Tiger comes home to Hoboken for a show at Maxwell’s, 1039 Washington Avenue at 9:00 PM. “It’s always great to play in Hoboken, especially at Maxwell’s,” enthuses guitar and keyboard player Dorell. “We always get a good turn out, and there’s a real sense of community between the bands. Everyone seems to come together there.”
After submitting their debut record September to WPLJ-FM, Hey Tiger was chosen to compete against four other unsigned bands at the Stone Pony in Asbury Park, NJ. A panel of four judges from the radio station (Theresa Angela, Brad Blanks, Matt Sucich, and Suzanne Schneider) selected them as the winner.
“We work so hard on every performance and every song,” says Alessi. “Seeing our efforts recognized is incredible. We are so thankful to everyone at Saturn and WPLJ and especially Bon Jovi for giving us this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.”
Hey Tiger had the chance to thank WPLJ personally when they appeared on The Big Show with Scott Shannon and Todd Pettengill on July 18th.
To schedule an interview with Hey Tiger, contact Jerry Lembo at 201-840-9980. To learn more about the band, visit their website www dot heytigerband dot com.
