Promotion veteran Joe Carroll joins Rust promotion team.
— Promotion veteran Joe Carroll has joined the promoter team at Rust Records as a Regional Director. His career in promotion began in the early 70’s with stints at Capricorn and Elektra Records. He then joined Epic Records in New York in 1978 at a position he held till 2004 when he left to join Equity Records. His move to Rust was described by Label President Ken Cooper, “We’re thrilled to have Joe Carroll as part of the Rust Records promotion team. His year’s of experience, and his knowledge of marketing and radio make him an invaluable asset to this young label ”
