Quarto Miglio Records Launches Internet Promo Campaign for “Old Sax Nu Soul”
Producers Luca Cucchetti (Quarto Miglio Records) and Eric Daniel are busy getting the promotional ball rolling on the World Wide Web.
Rome, Italy July 9, 2006 — As the new CD “Old Sax Nu Soul” eases it’s way into the Italian market, Producers Luca Cucchetti (Quarto Miglio Records) and Eric Daniel are busy getting the ball rolling on the Web. In fact the title track “Old Sax Nu Soul” and urban R&B cityscape “The Ghetto” both received honours as “Track of the Day” on the internationally recognized GarageBand.Com R&B Charts in June.
Traffic to the website dedicated to the campaign (www.saxman.it) has increased sharply undoubtedly due to three factors: increasing local and national radio airplay, increasing Internet exposure such as on Myspace.com, MyMusicPlace.Com, CDBaby.Com and GarageBand.Com, and special promotional offers such as free downloads of two bonus tracks which are not included in the album directly from the www.saxman.it site.
Thanks to a recent partnership agreement between GarageBand.Com and Internet distribution leader CDBaby.Com, “Old SaxNu Soul” is now accessible to anyone on the planet with an Internet connection. All the tracks can be previewed on CDBaby.Com and really make purchasing easy and hassle-free! The synergy between the two partners is quite amazing and well worth looking into by any independent recording artist.
At the time of this press release, preparations are being made for more live showcase activity throughout Italy, primarily in large seaside discos and other open-air music venues.
There are many other things brewing for the fall, nationally(Italy) and internationally(everywhere else) but for now Cucchetti and Daniel are concentrating on developing a very strong presence for “Old Sax Nu Soul” on the World Wide Web!
