Rap Artist, Juelz Santana, is Making a Mark in his Community
Juelz Santana to host his Fourth Annual Santana’s Day BBQ in Harlem.
New York, NY — LaRon James most famously known as Rap Artist, Juelz Santana, will be hosting his Fourth Annual “Santana’s Day BBQ” on Saturday, July 29th (rain date July 30th) at the Battlegrounds Playground located on Amsterdam Avenue (Btwn 151st and 152nd) beginning at Noon. Hosted by NBA Player, Vince Carter and Sounds provided by Funkmaster Flex, prizes and raffle giveaways will be awarded to the youth and their parents in his Harlem Community who have excelled in school with proof of a B Average or better.
“What the Game’s Been Missing” has sold well over 700,000 copies. Santana says, “I won’t stop until I’ve at least sold a million records,” says the Diplomat/Def Jam Recording Artist who has been beefing up his car collection; gearing up for a summer tour; developing new talent; working on a new mixtape with Lil Wayne; and participating in a new in-studio series for the launch of the new 1738 Accord Royal, a newer addition to the House of Remy Martin.
In August, Santana will be going on a forty (40) city tour throughout the US with the likes of R&B Crooner Chris Brown; Lil Wayne; Ne-Yo; Dem Franchise Boyz; and more. The tour kicks off on August 14th in Cincinnati, Ohio. “I am extremely excited about the tour. I’m on the road every week doing club dates, but this will be my first official tour”.
Basking in the success of his weekly packed performances and the sales of his sophomore album, Santana has been beefing up his car collection. Straying away from his once “all white” theme, he has most recently copped the new four door Bentley; two new R-Class vehicles by Mercedes Benz; a souped-up Dodge Charger to go with his 2006 Corvette; the 2007 Burgundy Maserati; and his pimped-out red 1985 Cadillac.
Santana is additionally still working to develop his own clothing line while still endorsing South Pole’s “LOT 29” Line; still running his store Santana’s Town in Harlem with his Mother Deborah James; gearing up for the opening of Harlem’s Hip Hop Soda Shop (HTRE) and working on his third album yet to be titled.
“Life is good and I’ve been truly blessed. I have been working hard and I’m just thankful for the support of my family; friends; and mostly my fans,” says Santana.
