Atlanta, GA — What better way to set the mood than with a cool cocktail and the right lighting? A little Slick & Rose mickey is the answer- Love Potion No. 9, to be exact. The track, which is off of their debut album, Objects in the Mirror (Soul Hippie Music Group), combines a classic hip-hop feel, with a fresh, soulful approach. The album, originally released in 2004 , has remained a mainstay on the music scene, so much in fact, they were among the selected artists to appear on the Tanqueray Virtual Compilation CD, Volume 1.5.
Tanqueray and its ad agency Grey Worldwide have teamed-up with Blue Maze Entertainment, to deliver the freshest sounds for the summer. The launch of The Tanqueray Virtual-CD Volume 1.5 (www.TanqueryTracks.com) is an extension of the brand’s existing branded entertainment approach. Last holiday season Tanqueray launched the first volume of The Virtual-CD initiative. The current Volume 1.5 features tracks from the likes of Dujeous, Slick & Rose, Martin Luther, and Doujah Raze. This novel, self-contained format allows Tanqueray to share the spotlight with artists and support their developing careers by sponsoring music in an innovative capacity.
